Privacy Policy Additions for SMS and MMS Messaging

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Park Point Marina Inn website at www.parkpointmarinainn.com (the "Site") and your participation in any text messaging program offered by Park Point Marina Inn ("Park Point Marina Inn," "we," "us," or "our").
By using the Site, making a reservation, submitting an inquiry, or enrolling in our text messaging program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Website Use
You may use the Site only for lawful personal and travel-related purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site, gain unauthorized access to its systems, introduce malicious code, scrape its content through automated means, or use it in a way that infringes the rights of Park Point Marina Inn or another party.
Site content is provided for general information. Room availability, rates, amenities, packages, and other information may change without notice.
2. Reservations And Hotel Services
Reservations and stays are subject to availability, the terms shown during booking, and our Hotel Policies at: https://www.parkpointmarinainn.com/hotel-policies.
A reservation is not confirmed until you receive confirmation through the applicable reservation system. Certain booking services may be operated by third parties and may have additional terms and privacy practices.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, and other content are owned by or licensed to Park Point Marina Inn. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use this content without prior written permission.
4. SMS And MMS Messaging Program
Program and Sender
The Park Point Marina Inn text messaging program is operated by Park Point Marina Inn. Messages
will identify Park Point Marina Inn as the sender.
Types of Messages
When you expressly opt in, we may send SMS or MMS messages concerning:
- Responses to hotel, room, group, event, meeting-room, or shuttle inquiries.
- Reservation confirmations, changes, reminders, and pre-arrival information.
- Guest-service requests and stay-related notices.
- Check-in, check-out, or other operational information.

- Promotional offers and hotel updates, but only when you separately consent to receive marketing messages.
We will not send promotional text messages based solely on consent to receive reservation, inquiry, or other non-marketing messages.
Consent and Enrollment
Where SMS enrollment is offered, you may opt in by providing your mobile telephone number and
affirmatively selecting an unchecked SMS consent option or by using another consent method
clearly disclosed to you.
By opting in, you authorize Park Point Marina Inn to send recurring SMS or MMS messages to the number you provided, including messages sent using automated technology. You represent that you are the subscriber or an authorized user of that mobile number and are at least 18 years old.
Your consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of making a purchase, submitting an inquiry, making a reservation, or staying at the hotel.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies according to your reservations, inquiries, interactions with us, and
the messaging program for which you enrolled.
Charges
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's standard messaging, data, and other
charges are your responsibility. Please contact your carrier for information about your plan.
Opting Out
You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to a message from Park Point Marina
Inn. You may also communicate a clear request to stop text messages by contacting us using the
information below.
After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your request. We will then stop sending messages covered by that request unless you subsequently provide renewed consent.

Delivery and Carrier Availability
Message delivery is subject to carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Wireless
carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all devices or carriers
may support every message or feature.
Mobile Information and Privacy
Our collection and use of information associated with the messaging program are governed by our

Mobile telephone numbers and SMS opt-in or consent records will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to service providers, messaging aggregators, and wireless carriers only as necessary to operate, deliver, and support our messaging program, or when disclosure is required by law.
Program Changes or Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the messaging program or change the number used to send
messages. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. Ending the
program does not eliminate rights or obligations that arose before termination.
5. Third-Party Websites And Services
The Site may link to third-party booking platforms, payment providers, social networks, maps, shops, or other services. Park Point Marina Inn does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or privacy practices.
6. Disclaimer And Limitation Of Liability
The Site is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Park Point Marina Inn disclaims warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or the availability of third-party services.
Park Point Marina Inn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or messaging program, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
